Signing up as a member of ProRoommate constitutes full agreement and
acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set forth in this document as well as
the Privacy Policy of this web site. We reserve the right to
change the Terms & Conditions of ProRoommate at any time, for any
reason, without notice.
We currently provide users with roommate resources. We assume no responsibility for information posted on this site originated by others, including, but not limited to users and advertisers.
Proroommate.com requires all of its members to be major of age, i.e. 18 years old and older. The reasons for this is because we cannot control all the content that is provided to us. The content may contain explicit words and may contain adult content through the images provided to us. We try to eliminate as much adult content as we can but some may still stay online.
We do not review all the postings and we can’t independently verify all the information that is given to us by the user to this website. The user will be responsible about giving personal information to strangers posted in a public area. All postings are available to the World Wide Web and is not protected by a secure area. The user agrees that all personal information will be available to the public and shouldn’t use in their postings personal information that would locate them. Contact information must not appear in the public profile.
The mail service provided in ProRoommate.com is open for advertising purposes. We insist not to post information like Credit Card numbers or any other information that could be used by hackers against them.
Fees and Costs: Basic Membership is offered for free. VIP membership implies a small fee and the fee is subject to change following time to time and left to our discretion. Since the VIP subscription offer s user information, there will be strictly no refund after payment. If a city has no ads available, it is in the responsibility of the user to verify first before payment and no refund will be made in this case, since we consider the user might have accessed other sections of the website.
Account Cancellation: It is in the responsibility of the user to delete its account, proroommate staff will not accomplish from a user request.
Account Disqualification: Proroommate reserves the rights to delete any account without notice in the event that we suspect fraudulent use of our services and misuse.
